Questions, answered
Is Notchiko a subscription?
No. The free version is free forever, and Notchiko Lifetime is a single $4.99 purchase. No accounts, no renewals.
My Mac doesn't have a notch. Does it still work?
Yes. On Macs without a notch, Notchiko shows as a small floating pill. You can also put it on the left, right, bottom, or a corner of any screen.
What does “1 Mac” mean?
Your Lifetime license is active on one Mac at a time. Moving to a new Mac? Choose Deactivate This Mac in Settings, then restore your purchase on the new one.
How do I buy Lifetime?
Right inside the app: click Unlock Notchiko, check out securely with Stripe in your browser, and Notchiko unlocks automatically. We also email your license key so you can restore it later.
Does it need the internet or collect my data?
No. Your countdowns stay on your Mac and Notchiko works offline. It only goes online when you buy, restore, or move your license, and it has no analytics or tracking.
Will it slow down my Mac?
Notchiko is a native Swift app, not a web app in disguise. Chikos rest quietly between their little wiggles, so it sips energy.
